Oh, it's almost Christmas
Sometimes wonderful days are the most bittersweet. They are like the wine that makes us drunk on life.

(217): just had wine and brownie batter for dinner. Single life is good
(778): Its ok we found him,,, He is in the bathroom trying to write his life story on a roll of toilet paper.
(916): Call 911 I'm faking my own death so this fat chick leaves my room
(401): You are just a treasure cave of fabulous alcoholic ideas.
(516): They called security on the security guard who tried to break up the party in their suite. You tell me how drunk they were.
(530): Then he took his girlfriend's fuzzy handcuffs and locked me to their bed. Key is in an unknown location. He's surprisingly idiotic, for being premed.
(330): I just found him singing into an empty paper towel roll while microwaving an empty ice cream carton. I'm gonna run away now.
(727): I fell alseep but then some dude picked me up. Comforter and all stuck a blunt in my mouth and carried me back downstairs because "I wasn't done partying"

Stolen from my little sisters friend...
Being Christian doesn't mean God is going to make your life perfect, it means that he is going to give you struggles and burdens to bear to show how strong you really are. We have to go through our worst of days to deserve our best of days ♥

If you look at me and feel the urge to ask, "Are you ok?", please don't. There is a 95% chance that I am about to start crying.
In fact, as I was walking around campus today, I was actually thankful that I couldn't see the pitying looks on the faces that passed me by. They were probably concerned that I would fall asleep and walk into the street. But all I had to do was think about someone possibly asking "Are you ok?" and I started sniffling.
Being emotional sucks. Being this exhausted sucks. Not being able to see when I wear glasses is apparently a blessing in disguise.
The end.

Do not tell me that I should be treated like a princess if you aren't willing to do so. Stop giving me hopes for things that do not happen. Real trust isn't even in my vocabulary anymore. I automatically assume that everybody is too drunk, too distracted, too uninterested to actually follow through with their intentions.
I am tired of guys being nice to fulfill their agenda. This has defined every relationship that I have ever had. Ya know, "nice" guys doing nice things trying to get some type of reaction from me... and when I finally decide that they are worth my time, they bail. It was the chase. I'm so tired of running. I'm exhausted.

The Nanny =)
It's true - I do get paid to take care of you, but I don't get paid extra for loving you… Lucky for me, I got the best job in the whole wide world… Believe me, by the time they take out state, and federal and FICA, it's a labor of love." ~ The Nanny

Anger towards someone who isn't here to receive it.
First I want to say that I still love you with the millions of pieces of my broken heart.
The heart that another man will have to carefully and gently put back together.
It will always love you, but never again trust you.
You made me the person I am today - strong, independent, calculating, flexible.
There was nothing wrong with the person I was - carefree, fun, happy, feisty.
You made me happy when I didn't think it was possible, and taught me lessons no one else dared to say.
Sometimes you were too harsh, and often treated me like I would never be as "good" as you.
You said you loved me.
You were never willing to treat me differently - to you, love was only a feeling, not a motivation. To me, that isn't love.
You gave me freedom from my parents and forced me to stand on my own.
You called me a slutty if my jeans had a hole in them, got mad at me for going into the ninja gym, and went treated my privacy as if it didn't exist.
You encouraged me to always put my family first.
You pitched a fit i I didn't always put you first.
You took me out to dinner.
Only when you craved it. You spent all your money on someone who will never accept you for who you are.
You didn't like to make others uncomfortable by showing PDA.
You had no problem hugging other girls and letting them sit on your lap. I was never allowed too.
You didn't want to make me feel "tied down" to you.
I tried to have my own relationship and it "broke your heart" and took weeks to regain your trust. And you calledmethe "jealous bitch."
What we had was cool because we didn't feel like we had to monitor our actions in front of each other.
Why would you say and act like you didn't give a shit about someone, yet treat them to your face like they are your friend? Especially when you know they have other interests.
We had our own personal lives.
If I didn't give up my cell phone and computer willingly, you accused me of things.
Things were easy, carefree, and no strings attached. And quite temporary.
You stayed in my life for over a year, being more committed to me than you were to her. You said "I love you" first, yet I was "stupid" for loving you back.
You didn't give affection unless you really, really meant it.
If I needed a hug, I could wait until you were ready. When you were ready, I better drop everything so you wouldn't get mad.
You were amazing, and told me I was almost perfect. From you, that is almost jaw-dropping.
There is a guy who loves the things you want me to change, and thinks my only flaw is loving a man who doesn't think I am absolutely perfect.
You said you loved me. And always would.
You walked out of my life and never looked back. twice.

Old. Dark. Stormy.
Hold me.
Hold my head above this cloud of apathy.
Hold me while I slowly slip away.
Let my muscles relax my mind enough so that I can finally see:
Everything will be better if you just let go.
Let go of this life:
The false security and the insecurities that couldn’t be more real.
The hopes and dreams of love that lead to one broken heart after another.
The goals that turn into frustration and "You’ll never be good enough"
The self-confidence that I am almost sure only lies to me.
Give me wings that will let my soul soar from this balcony,
The beauty that so few took the time to see – give them the crumpled body left below.
Give me the chance to be that perfect person for someone – anyone.

I believe in Yesterday...
What a crazy day. Yesterday, I mean. I went to the gym, which is weird. I read 4 chapters of business law, which is a little bit of hell. And we went on a late-night cookout run.
But back to yesterdays. My past used to be littered with yesterdays. I'm proud to say that I've tidied up a little. Of course, all but one of our living days is proceeded by another day, but not all of those contain a regret that make them a yesterday. Last night, someone got me thinking about our yesterdays. He started by telling me that I could be more honest - which really confused me. Up until this point we had just been catching up - ya know, how is life, what is new, wow you've changed... Wow, you are the same.
Wondering about how the past might have been different is a very tricky thing. It appears to be a very innocent thing to do, and in all honesty.... it normally is innocent. But it makes me question whether people are really content. And it almost frustrates me, because in this case, we really might have had a chance. Would my life be different? Drastically. Who knows, I might not have transferred.
But it doesn't actually frustrate me, because I am content with where I am in my life. And that person is happy with their life. And honestly, I don't believe that either person is at fault. I remember what was going on around then, and I wouldn't have been mature enough to deal with much. So why regret?
This is me being as honest as I can possibly be. I do not hold it against you, I never did.
And my business law professor is a freaking 'cook' [not the culinary extraordinair]. How is that for honesty? [eh... and libel.]

The Basics.
Carrie Dictated my first post for me:
Your first post should be about your amazing roommate, Carrie, who [something about being responsible for the fact that I am so cool]. Good night, don't forget to say your prayers.
Low:Feeling really lousy after dinner tonight. And having to study foreverrrrr today.
Uh oh: Laughing at Johnathan's band-aid. Oh, and cleaning the shower. Gross.
